Game Rules

• Players must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of maturity in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Players are responsible for determining the laws that apply to online gambling in their jurisdiction.
• Only one account is allowed per household unless you meet the criteria for a second account in your household.
• The purchase of all cards is final. Different card minimums and maximums apply in each hall, see Halls Page for full details.
• The minimum number of cards that can be purchased for each game is three. The maximum number of cards that can be purchased per game is 135.
• Cards can be purchased for forthcoming games by using the "Quick Buy" feature or by using the "Buy Cards" feature to select games from the schedule. The purchase of all cards is final.
• All games are played automatically and do not require the player to be logged on. Winners are notified by email. But make sure you stay and join the chat games for more chances to win.
• If there is more than one winner, the prize and or jackpot will be shared equally between all winners, unless otherwise specified in the case of physcial prizes as cash alternative may be given and split accordingly.
• In order to qualify for bonuses in Chat Games, the player must have purchased cards for the current game and be actively in chat. See Bonus Terms.
• Real money will always be wagered first.
• Bonus money cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonus money can only be used for purchasing bingo cards and for playing the in-game Slots and Scratch Cards. Bonus money cannot be used to play games accessed via the “More Games” button.
• When a player makes a withdrawal, any un-redeemed bonus funds in the Bonus Balance and any balance in the Bonus Reserve are removed.
• Funds which are redeposited into a player's account following the reversal of a withdrawal do not qualify for a deposit bonus.

Chat Room Etiquette

• Respect the CM and her authority at all times.
• The CMM decision is final.
• Please do not write in capital letters in the chat room unless requested to do so by the CM. CMs are required to use CAPITAL letters as it helps players to see instructions.
• Choose your user name wisely. Please keep your name appropriate and in good taste.
• No racial, ethnic or sexual slurs will be allowed in chat. No impersonating of any other player is permitted. No harassment, arguing or disrespectful attitudes towards other players or any CM will be tolerated.
• Complaints are to be handled by e-mail to: carol@tikibingo.com or support@tikibingo.com. Please keep complaints out of chat. Please do not endorse, solicit or promote any other sites in private or open chat.
• Please do not use language that can be considered rude or offensive to any other player.
• Comments regarding multiple wins, amount of cards played or that are not positive in manner will be considered rude and offensive.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the agreement carefully and make sure you fully understand its contents. If you have any doubts about your rights and obligations resulting from the acceptance of this agreement, please consult a legal attorney in your jurisdiction. Tiki Bingo cannot currently accept real money gambling from the legal jurisdictions of: Antigua/Barbuda, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Israel, Jordan, Pakistan, New Zealand and such other jurisdictions as Tiki Bingo may determine from time to time in its sole discretion.

GRANT OF LICENSE

Tiki Bingo hereby grants the Player a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable sub-license to use the software for playing in the bingo.

Kiwi Gaming Limited operating as Tiki Bingo is a corporation under the laws of Antigua and Barbuda and is fully licensed and regulated by the laws of that country for the purpose of operating a virtual bingo on the Internet, under the name Tiki Bingo ©, through the application of this software.

Tiki Bingo reserves the right to change this agreement from time to time. The Player is responsible for consulting the web site and/or the help file at least once every three months. The Player accepts and agrees to abide by both the terms and conditions of this agreement, as amended from time to time, and the rules of the bingo games.

Tiki Bingo uses the best methods available today for the encryption of the user name and password information, and any other sensitive information transferred to and from the client application and Tiki Bingo servers, thus securing the Player and the bingo against manipulation attempts by a third party.

PLAYER REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES

a) The Player is at least 18 years of age or has reached the legal age of maturity in his/her jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

b) The Tiki Bingo operation of virtual bingo gambling is directed only towards players who by the laws of their home jurisdiction are not prohibited from gambling on the Internet through the application of the software. Some jurisdictions have not yet addressed the legality of the use of software for gambling, while some jurisdictions have specifically made Internet gambling illegal. It is impossible for Tiki Bingo to determine the state of the law in every jurisdiction around the world on an ongoing basis. Therefore, the Player accepts sole responsibility for determining the laws that apply in his/her jurisdiction. The Player is responsible for any consequences that may transpire as a result of his/her not determining the legality of Internet gaming in his/her jurisdiction.

c) Without limiting the provisions of (b) above the Player represents that the Player is not a citizen or resident of New Zealand and that the Player is not physically present within New Zealand.

d) Any commercial use of Tiki Bingo bingo is strictly forbidden. The Player plays only for private and non-professional purposes. Before placing bets, the Player is responsible for verifying the laws on gambling which governs the place where the Tiki Bingo bingo client is used.

e) The Player fully understands the rules of the games and the procedures involved in Internet gambling through the use of this software application.

f) The Player will use this software application to gamble on the Internet for his/her own private personal use only and not for the use of others.

g) The Player is obliged to keep his/her private User-ID, Password and PIN number secret and confidential. Any use of the software application through the Player's User-ID is the sole responsibility of the Player. The Player will not allow any third party or person, including and without limitation to any minor, to use his/her account to place wagers or participate in the games in any way.

h) The Tiki Bingo game server had been checked by a third party accounting firm and was found to supply fair odds and to comply with the laws and the regulations of the nations of Antigua and Barbuda.

i) The Player accepts all outcomes of game results as received in the client application from Tiki Bingo game server. The Player fully accepts and agrees that Tiki Bingo random number generator will determine the outcome of the games.

j) The Player is fully aware of the fact that there is the risk of losing money through the use of this software and that the Player has no claim against Tiki Bingo of any nature whatsoever relating to any losses arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with the Player's wagers.

k) The source of the funds used by the Player to wager in this software application is legal.

l) The Player hereby accepts that Tiki Bingo reserves the right to limit and/or refuse the Player's wagers.

m) In the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, the decision of Tiki Bingo shall be final and binding.

n) The Player is fully responsible for any taxes and fees applicable to winnings resulting from use of the software. If winnings are taxable in the Player's jurisdiction, the Player is required to keep track and report the winnings to the appropriate authorities.

o) The Player hereby agrees that One ATM Cyber Processing Ltd. will handle all financial account transactions. Thereby the player agrees that in any case of dispute arising from a suspicious fraud attempt, One ATM Cyber Processing Ltd. reserves the right to withhold any payments.

p) The Player agrees that Tiki Bingo has the right from time to time to require the transfer of the player's account balance from one cash processor to another cash processor nominated by Tiki Bingo, in the event Tiki Bingo, in its sole discretion, decides to change its cash processor.

q) Tiki Bingo reserves the right to withhold the amount of the bonus from player's withdrawal funds if the bonus is wagered in games accessed via the "More Games" button and/or the wagered amount is less than twice the amount of the first purchase plus the bonus received. Tiki Bingo reserves the right to refuse or rescind the Bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, player abuse. In case of abuse, Tiki Bingo reserves the right to discontinue player's membership and to prevent the player from accessing Tiki Bingo in the future.

r) The relationship between Tiki Bingo and Player is a business relationship and shall not at any time, either directly or indirectly, constitute or be construed as a fiduciary relationship.

All Player details contained in the Registration Form submitted to Tiki Bingo are true and correct.

You are allowed only one active account. Winnings or Contest Points cannot be accumulated across multiple accounts in the Bingoland Network. Winnings will only be paid to players having ONE account. If you have more than one account, all winnings and bonuses will be void. Only one account per household allowed

Title, ownership and all intellectual property rights in the software remain with Tiki Bingo, including images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music and text that may be part of the software.

Copying, redistribution or publication of any of the content or part of the software is strictly prohibited.

By installing and using this software the player hereby agrees to have fully read and understood the above 'terms and conditions' and so agrees to be bound by them.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Tiki Bingo and the Player and no employee, officer or agent of Tiki Bingo may verbally alter, modify or waive any provision of these terms and conditions.
